As your birth doula, my role is to provide continuous trauma informed physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner. While your medical team focuses on the safety of the delivery, I focus exclusively on your experience.

Feeding your baby is one of the most natural things in the world, yet it is also a learned skill for both you and your little one. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), my role is to take the guesswork out of feeding so you can focus on the bond.
I provide heart-centered, evidence-based guidance to help you navigate the "learning curve" of lactation with grace and confidence.
I am not currently certified, however,I can provide some support as a peer when needed!

Babywearing and perinatal care go hand in hand! I love to wear my little guy and it has made my postpartum experience so much easier!
I would love to help you learn how to wrap or adjust a fit if need be!

I do not believe in creating a rigid script for your birth. Instead, I help you create a Birth Map—a flexible, informative document that guides you through your options and helps you navigate the unexpected with confidence
Just the Basics Package
$1500
This package includes:
2 Pre-natal appointments- 1 appointment at 35 weeks and the 2nd at 37 weeks
Birth- I go on call at 38 weeks until either the baby is born or 41 weeks (can do extensions if need be)
1 Postpartum appointment - I will do an in-home check-in 2 weeks after birth

A little extra one on one
$1650
This package includes:
2 Pre-natal appointments- 1 appointment at 35 weeks and the 2nd at 37 weeks
Birth- I go on call at 38 weeks until either the baby is born or 41 weeks (can do extensions if need be)
2 Postpartum appointments - I will do one in-home check-in 2 weeks after birth and a second check-in 4 weeks after the birth.

HSA/FSA Eligible:
I can provide the NPI number and Superbill needed for you to seek reimbursement from your health savings account.
*I am an out-of-network provider. While I provide detailed Superbills for insurance or HSA/FSA submission, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan's coverage for doula or lactation services.*
Flexible Payment Plans
The Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 40% is due at the time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar.
Installment Plan: The remaining balance can be split into equal monthly payments, with the final payment due by your 37th week of pregnancy.
Custom Plans: If you have a different financial rhythm, let’s talk! I am happy to create a schedule that feels sustainable for you or see if you qualify for financial aid via a sliding scale. I believe that every birthing person deserves a doula, regardless of their financial circumstances, so please reach out!
